7. Product Condition
The condition stated on the individual product listing forms an important part of the product description.
New
New and unused product, subject to the packaging and specific condition information stated in the listing.
Open Box
Product that may have been opened, handled or removed from original packaging. The condition and testing status will be stated in the listing where available.
Used
Previously used equipment that may show normal signs of industrial use, including scratches, marks, labels, discoloration, surface wear or other cosmetic imperfections.
Refurbished
Previously used equipment that has undergone inspection, cleaning, testing and/or other refurbishment activities as stated in the applicable listing.
Used – Untested
Product that has not been fully functionally tested. Unless expressly stated otherwise, operational condition cannot be guaranteed.
For Parts / Not Working
Products sold for repair, spare parts, component recovery or other non-functional purposes.
Such products are generally sold without a functional warranty and are generally non-returnable, except where the product is materially different from the listing, the wrong item was supplied, or applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices are accurate. However, in the event of an obvious pricing error, technical error or other material error, we reserve the right to correct the error.
If an order has been placed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may contact the customer to confirm whether the customer wishes to proceed at the corrected price.
If the customer does not wish to proceed, the applicable amount paid for the affected order will be refunded.
9. Product Availability
Products may be available in limited quantities.
Inventory may change without notice because the same product may be offered through multiple sales channels or may be sold before website inventory is updated.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed and Aeliya Marine Tech cannot fulfil the order or provide an acceptable alternative, we will contact the customer and process an applicable refund for the unfulfilled portion of the order.
10. Orders and Order Acceptance

An order is subject to successful payment authorization, inventory availability, verification and acceptance by Aeliya Marine Tech.

13. Import Duties, Taxes and Customs
Aeliya Marine Tech is an exporter based in India.
For international orders, the buyer/importer is responsible for destination-country:
- Import duties
- Customs duties
- VAT/GST or similar taxes
- Customs clearance fees
- Brokerage fees
- Carrier handling charges and
- Other import-related charges.
Aeliya Marine Tech does not collect or pay destination-country import charges unless expressly agreed in writing for the specific transaction.
Payment of the product price and shipping/freight charge does not constitute payment of destination-country import duties or taxes.
The buyer/importer is responsible for completing applicable customs formalities and providing required information or documentation.

14. Customs Delays, Refused and Unclaimed Shipments
Customs clearance may cause delays.
If a customer refuses delivery, fails to pay applicable import charges, fails to complete customs clearance, fails to provide required information, or otherwise causes a shipment to be returned or abandoned, the resulting return-to-origin shipping, customs, storage, brokerage, handling and related costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Where a refund is otherwise due, such costs may be deducted from the eligible refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Failure to clear customs or refusal to pay import charges does not automatically constitute a valid return or warranty claim.
15. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy .
Customers must obtain return authorization before sending a product back.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable product listing or required by applicable law:
- Eligible functional-defect claims are generally accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery;
- Wrong-item or material listing discrepancy claims should generally be reported within 7 calendar days;
- Shipping damage should be reported as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours;
- Change-of-mind/buyer-remorse returns are generally not accepted; and
- Products sold as for parts / not working are generally non-returnable.

16. Product Warranty
Eligible products are generally covered by a 30-day functional warranty beginning on the date of delivery unless the individual product listing states otherwise.
The warranty is subject to the Product Condition & Warranty Policy .
The warranty generally does not cover customer-caused damage, incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized repair, incorrect electrical supply, modification, compatibility issues or other exclusions described in the applicable warranty policy.
Products expressly sold as for parts / not working generally do not carry a functional warranty.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
17. Order Cancellation
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
If the order has not been dispatched, Aeliya may be able to cancel the order and process an applicable refund.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return or delivery process.
Mandatory cancellation rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
18. Shipping Damage
Customers should inspect shipments upon delivery.
For visible damage, customers should photograph the package before opening it, including the shipping label and visible damage.
Customers should notify Aeliya as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
The customer should retain the original packaging and shipping materials until the claim has been resolved.
19. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to process and deliver an order, including:
- Name
- Company name, where applicable
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- Email address
- Telephone number and
- Customs or import information where required.
Aeliya Marine Tech is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
